Hopefully, the company has a law firm who has a relationship and contacts in the SEC. And.. is currently explaining the situation to them.
The SEC hates the toxic lenders as much as anyone, since they are nothing but predators and give a bad name to the exchange. That seems like the only hope at this point.
The only other path would be a TRO, but it is a little late and I suspect could not be implemented in the next week.
