I agree. It's like we are dealing with fragile 12 year old girls running this company.
The obsession with the word "bashers" is ridiculous and their impact is overblown. If you argue with them, you give them life. If you ignore them, they end up arguing with themselves and people ignore their hollow posts.
Then, the fixation with Twitter. To me, Twitter is a baby step above TMZ or the National Enquirer as far as being a legit business conduit. They cannot and should not try and explain a somewhat detailed problem with one sentence churps on Twitter.
Give a detailed PR explaining it all. I was posting about that for a while before the suspension and I was criticized for it.
Now they stated they would make a statement within a day or two and they haven't.
Someone needs to take control of this company and steer it in the right direction.
