FR will not go against MUSE and the .01 eoy sp target IMO.
MUSE has been tweeting (and CC) the .01 target for a couple months
and for FR to go against them would be no good for the future of MUSE.

If they do then no way to believe any future tweets at all.

.01 is only a target.

Let the buybacks and NWE's play out.
