Whether you're a true long or not one thing is for sure, you're a WHINER!
This is an otc company trying to make something of itself not a seasoned DOW level stock so you need to check your expectations. What we're getting with TPAC is way beyond what anyone should expect.
Regarding the "new" shares, I thought that clearly meant NEW shares i.e. issued by the company for services, preferred shares converting, or any other transaction that adds NEW shares to the public float.
