????? .... We are a Republic in which the power lies withing the State. Not the other way around...usurping such is cause for revolt.

The Tenth Amendment clearly states:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
The federal government is not the entity that builds roads...etc..etc...etc...except if it deemed for Defense. So sorry ... they have no business.....to do such!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
