Ummmm, an infrastructure BILL would kick that 25% federal cut up significantly enough to get more shit done.
Trump is on the record for wanting much more for infrastructure than Clinton, and he is also on the record as wanting to 'rebuild the military'.
We both know he's full of shit on the latter and that none of it gets done with his tax cuts in place.
That was my point about the notion of doing away with the Federal Income Tax.
