Good afternoon! The Proxy Filing is a Preliminary Proxy Statement. No Record Date or Meeting Date has been set. All Shareholders will be receiving documents, including ballots, after the required review period at the Securities and Exchange Commission. There is no estimate of the time period. We are asking shareholders to be patient until the review period is over.
