Mahalo nui loa for doing such good DD on our behalf. Tooooo bad Ambs couldn't have provided a little explanation of the process and timeframes involved.
Looks like they will be dumping more shares as the costs involved in proxy preps and Distb are more than Amarantus has in petty cash.
