What I learned is that 99% of all commercial lawsuits settle because it is in everyone's financial interests to do so.
The courts want a settlement because they have limited time and resources to try cases.
The parties want a settlement in case things don't work out in their favor they could be responsible for attorney fees of their adversary.
The insurance companies wand a settlement in case they are held liable for damages and/or attorney fees.
So, in brief I'm expecting a settlement here. How much? Don't know. Does it really matter? Don't think so. I think the speculation is really what matters for now".
