**** Real SFOR Story **** 1. SFOR litigation -

1. SFOR litigation - What's going on with the litigation? The one thing to always remember in the legal world is precedence is king! Just remember everything the lawyers record is to strategically position their client to have leverage on just about any hair they can find even if there is no hair to stand on. This becomes the only arguments they have and is a way to have any leverage if at all possible when they sit down at the table with the claimant in the case. History is your best friend in really predicting the outcome of the future. The best thing going for SFOR is they have been down this road before and were a star in their own movie regarding their battle with MSFT. History does repeat itself and it looks like that is exactly what is happening with the three new cases. Each case is going down the same road that MSFT ended up. What I suspect is happening is SFOR is not willing to let these cases off on the small $9 million dollar settlement and this is why each one is willing to do anything to leverage their damages and harm down to the lowest possible settlement. The MSFT case was a proof of IP or patent. All three defendants meeting in the court room at the same time is a very unique thing and might give you a glimpse of what could happen. Did one of the three buyout SFOR and they are finalizing the deal right now and will inform the other two at the same time that they are amending the filings to add the new ownership to the other two cases? Did a third unrelated party buyout SFOR and SFOR is informing the three defendants that a new party is now the plaintiff in the case? The bottom line is either way once the outcomes of the three cases (Which should happen no later then mid November, the three companies will not want to spend the potential millions of dollars to litigate this) the next step for SFOR is huge. The next round or leg up on litigation will be almost unbelievable. This time 10-15 companies will be filed on at the same time and the shocking truth is most will negotiate a deal before it passes the 30 day required response. Then the next round will come and so on and so on.
2. WHO OWNS THE PATENT? - SFOR owns the rights and patents to the Protect ID product. This is the leading product and the basis behind their lawsuit win against MSFT earlier in the year. SFOR owns 100% of the rights to the patent regarding this. THIS IS THE SINGLE MOST VALUABLE PATENT IN THE WORLD!. Yes SFOR sold the rights to own some of their other products but that has noting to do with the IP cases they are filing agains these companies. Do your own DD and you will see and understand that SFOR is getting all this attention for a reason and it's not because it is has no basis. It's because it has now become a land rush and most if not all trying to get as many shares as they can get hands on. Once and real news hits (which can happen any second of the day at this point) there will be no holding back the company as the demand will explode and the PPS will run due to a lack of shares for sale.
3. The real truth - is nothing has changed for SFOR over the past 6 months. They are still the same solid company following the 4 prong strategy to build the empire. Each and every step of the way what they said they are going to do they have done. Kay has been real and told the truth. Churning can happen. This happened @ .0040 and now happening @.01. What is the next level of the churning? Who know's. Bottom line the day to day price on SFOR is not important.
The bottom line. Don't buy SFOR to flip it or to make a small margin on the investment for the next 7 days. Buy SFOR because all the catalyst and irons in the fire will play out over time. Do it with confidence.
Once SFOR was successful earlier in the year with MSFT the game changed. What happened before that was management doing what they needed to do in order to get in the game. Now that they are in the game and have the resources behind them they can build off the foundation they have in place.
To all who are on the fence please do real DD and look into things on your own. You will be rewarded greatly and it will be the most ROI you will ever get on the time spent researching a OTC stock.
SFOR is a stock on its own level in the OTC. There is nothing like it with the potential SFOR has. You can sleep at night knowing that the two major catalysts (product selling success and IP Asset defense) have been proven this year to have success for the company in generating revenue. They now just need to scale it to the moon which is exactly what Kay is doing. Excellent post via "Screenerboy" $SFOR
