Our trade does not have to support the world market. 7 billion people.The world is still going to need US farm products.
You'd would need medical liability reform with that. High risk is a excuse to control corporate insurance profit. Need to get rid of the Million dollar minute also. If you create a system where the sky is the limit. Then the sky will be the limit. That is what we have now.
Who, makes out....Drug companies, HMO/PPO Board members, Insurance company's, CEO's and some Specialty Doctor's...2-3 Trillion per year.
There is no need for supplemental coverage. If you take the corporate and insurance companies out of healthcare.
Corporate and Insurance co. will have to find a different vise.
