My interpretation as well as been that MVRB trading platform whereby trading of stocks and commodities can occur and the revenue that is create from those trades are then transferred to the operational budget of TPAC. This may be an oversimplification of the process, but that is the way I understand its relevance and function. Kinda ingenious if you think about it.
