I think Muse said awhile back that the $85M EX-IM bank loan would be deposited into the MRVB for revenue generation. That would bring the IPPS up to .021. I'm not sure how far up that would drive the PPS but it would result in a 300% increase in the $85M ($255M) as a leverage tool for generating cash.
It's all about the MRVB from the way I've been reading things.
Add to that, like you said, the EIA, LA, and SLA's and it's off to the races.
