Question for you - wouldn't it make sense, if HJOEs revenue/sales are growing as most on this board feel and also how it is being portrayed on social media with new dealers, loading stores etc... for HJOE to push for a TRO and file (which should push the stock up, if the previous is true)?

This way if HJOE happens to lose this court case and KBM is awarded shares, then sells them, the damage wouldn't be as bad because the stock should be quite a bit higher. Like you said this is a government entity we are dealing with and you never know what will happen.
