I agree that would a suggestion to get the judge to halt all conversions. I just hope they are in talks with the SEC and have approval to continue with not filing anything. We don't know if they are working on filing or just waiting until next year. I wonder if they have file with the IRS. Surely they have an accountant working with them by now.
