I agree with you, but Bob seems to have his own agenda on the financials and it isn't always with the near term interests of shareholders in mind, IMO. 

Iggy has posted great DD on CE removal.  It doesn't appear to be as detailed as previously premised.

I would not be surprised to see other big brokers begin to follow suit on certain OTC's.

Ignoring these key issues invites and feeds the negativity we witness, and that can't be healthy either.
