Ms Li doesn't care about the year- end report. She went after the China distribution deal long before there was any hint of the year- end earnings.. its the future earnings and the ability to merge her other holdings into the company and that is why she is buying the company control.. She is not in this for a few million profit, She has a greater vision then that. She now has a U.S. Public company to help her make her financial dreams come true. I would expect over time she hopes to be in the billion dollar market.
