How much you want to bet the Li group is looking at RMHB numbers as the primary indicator. They have to make sure the numbers make sense if they are going to tender an offer and what that offer should be....in dollars.
Thus, the wait for the latest financials to come out. If the Li group has been as close to RMHB over recent times like you guys say they have, then most of their DD has been completed long ago (I think it was Roger who posted that) so the financials are the last piece of the puzzle.
Let's hope they aren't late on them, that would not be wise with Li waiting on the sidelines.
