Thank you for taking the time to reply.  I think your response can be summed up as "investors do not believe the forward-looking statements of the company and are waiting to be shown verifiable results."  Is that correct?

I'm thinking that the SEC case is already factored in and the price would not be this depressed if there was confidence that the technology could perform as reported and the operations were in place to take advantage of the technology.

I think we are in basic agreement: Everyone is now from Missouri, "the show me state."
