Well, you have a strict no info policy put in effect by the new CEO, most likely on the direction of Marcellino who is handling the SEC case. That is the primary factor. On the OTC info is everything especially n a startup with no real profits to show. People want to hear about progress since they can't count on profits yet. They want to know about potential at this stage of the game to gain some certainty on there investment or potential investment.
The past is the past and we all have heard the missteps,mistakes...so I am not going to rehash them. Basically, remove the SEC case and the pps will appreciate accordingly. And when they start making new the stock will move some more.
Rauber is not going to make any announcement unless he is certain they are valid and will continue t be valid. He is taking an ultra conservative route in order to protect the xompany and it's shareholders.
Now, you and I may not agree, but that is his decision. So that's why we are where we are IMO.
