Well not that that's what I was seeking but am slowly learning stuff from this case. Hope the JUDGE is able to see clearly and legally what you and the Ashcroft firm sees here, and acts on it to save time . To me it looks a little like a stupid delay tactic by Rosen (aka Pump Stopper)

If they are shown to be "ONE AND THE SAME" even if legally two separate entities will watch to see how that plays out in the court.
