Let me reiterate: PumpStopper and Mako are one and the same. Do you think that Rosen would have flatly acknowledged that, by saying that they relied on information from an article by PumpStopper (not Mako) if Sullivan and the Ashcroft Firm had not indicated their knowledge of that identity?
And note that his defense is:
WE STAND BY THE ACCURACY OF WHAT PUMPSTOPPER SAID.
Which, of course, is no defense, as the claims were proven beyond doubt to be false BEFORE THIS EVER WENT BEFORE JUDGE FAILLA.
