It gets worst. I had a new Samsung smart 4K installed on my wall by a small company that specializes in entertainment centers, home theaters etc. The manager is a former electronics store manager that has run this company for 12 years. After installing the Samsung which looks and plays great, he explains the smart hub and says now I can install Netflix. I tell him I'm going to install UltraFlix. He says "what's that". WTF. He installs tvs for a living, has 6 guys working for him and he never heard of UltraFlix. Come on NTEK!
