I follow your thought process here but consider this.. They already had a web site that was utter shit they released a pr a while back saying they would be working on a new web site.. As an investor im thrilledddd to see actual progress in that regard dispite it not being complete there has been progress made and a work in progress is better then a shit pile page any day.. Imo....
