Goodbuddy's brother was not in federal prison, which has more stringent rules than state and local prisons when it comes to early release. D. Foley is in federal prison and the early release options of state and local prison systems do not apply to the federal prison system.

Additionally, D. Foley stated he will be released to a halfway house on December 16th.

Of course, I'd be happier if he were released before December, but the facts that have been presented to us suggest otherwise.

Here's the note D. Foley wrote on 12/29/15, which was posted on the Etika blog:

"I’m coming home in less than a year! I received my release date today, December 16th, 2016. I will initially be released to a halfway house and then transition to home confinement. I’m extremely excited as journey is almost over."
