"we are considering bringing our flagship processor #3 back online in the coming months. It will be important to be able to demonstrate the commercial viability of this processor by regular operations at our Niagara Falls plant ."
Ha! So Mr. Heddle officially states that it would be easier to sell a working model than a broken model!
Too bad Mr. Heddle couldn't figure this out earlier. He loaned PTOI $4M of his own money, ostensibly for operations and marketing, which vanished into SG&A...which is the bucket which his own compensation falls under. Apparently at the time he felt it was better to spend $4M on efforts to market a broken processor than it was to fix the processor and spend only $3.9M on marketing a working processor.
