I agree with the latter part of what you said- these feeding frenzies for profit -which always assume the worst-are unfortunate
I dont know whats happening internally but based on the increasing income as noted in the next to last 8k below(first diamond parcel for 2016 through the dealer’s license acquired from the government of Sierra Leone in late 2015... contained 61.56 carats of diamonds ... delivered to our buyer at a total price of $316,844)
and the fact it took years for them to achieve that level of operations while the Pres etc deferred their salaries
and dredgemasters august posts
and the fact they have NOT filed a form 15 to withdraw as SEC reporting(a simple inexpensive form) logically means the company is still alive
seems illogical for them to give up after taking years to achieve that level of operations-
I forget- is this the rainy season during which operations were seasonally suspended in the past-did they ramp up to year round operations last we knew?
is it the rainy or dry season that starts in October?
I assume financial exigencies and or waiting for account receivables to be realized or financing necessary to finish the 10K and 10Q's is part of the problem- such reports can cost many thousands of dollars to finish

1. Sunergy shipped its first diamond parcel for 2016 through the dealer’s license acquired from the government of Sierra Leone in late 2015. The parcel contained 61.56 carats of diamonds that were delivered to our buyer at a total price of $316,844.
2. As outlined in the release dated March 25, 2016, Sunergy has made payment for the geological study that has begun on the Diamondiferous property in Sierra Leone with the intent of securing the property and beginning mining operations during 2016 which may generate diamonds that can be sold to our buyer.
3. Sunergy is working on finalizing all items within its regulatory filing on Form 10-K that was due to be filed March 29, 2016 or April 14, 2016 under terms of the Notification of Late filing and is expeditiously working to finalize and file as soon as is possible.
