Great post Rob,
If and when these 'events' materialize - they will need to be disseminated depending on the scenario either through an 8k, 10k, or 10q. This will be the undeniable proof that a contract officially exists. This is what myself and everyone here amongst other things should be looking forward to, and this is what TheMuse has told us to keep our eyes on the lookout for.
