Which further proves since there default rate is so low that they don't just lend money to anyone. If TPAC is already preapproved for this 85 million dollar loan then the government is saying this is a safe bet. Granted none of us have seen anything saying they are. However TPAC is saying they are approved already and since Bill has been honest with us there is no reason to not believe him. Which should give those of us who are a little hesitant a lot of reassurance on what they have invested.
