"CEN Biotech asks you to be patient with it in finalizing the S-1 filing. We promise you we are trying to complete the registration process as soon as possible. CEN shall put out another press release in the coming weeks to provide a status update of the filing."
This an exert of the May PR. It sure sounds to me like the S-1 process had been started. When I was researching other companies S-1 filings, it looked like most happened under 6 months, some happened within a month, (I believe Twitter is one of those). Every day that passes makes me believe all those bashes have been right about Bill be nothing but a conman.
