Bill said in april that they had to b file for an s1 and to look for updates on that soon. Well no updates. Its a 6 month to 1 year wait once filed. Hasn't even been filed. I feel bad for those who assumed with a ticker they where able to trade there shares. Now they may be in legal hot water. Imo. What's the hold up. Its plain b.s..
