What everyone is missing......is that once this has a ruling on summons, is droped,a trial is set...no way is this going to take two more years.
KBM,can't stall much more. This will get thrown out if they do. Once even a trial date is set,I believe a judge will allow the company to get current.jmho. It would make little sense not to allow that, while things get sorted out.
I can't see KBM going to trial with this, they could lose everything.Im sure hjoe could counter off this and try to slay the dragon with one mighty blow..KBM wants no part of this.
As for personal agendas, they will take place after these events and this suit is completed. They are not intertwined.But, the will follow one another in quick succession. That's the logical progression imho...
