You are wrong, the company first responsibility is to the company and the majority of share i believe are still in the hands of the co-founders, so they still have controlling interest of the company. Yes they have a resposibility to shareholders and i see them doing a great job on that front. But they have knowlege none of us possess and I believe their first priority is to the brand and the company, because without that there are no products and no company and no shareholders. They have done a great job at fighting these wars and also launching new brands while doing it. Not to say the SMS deal and all the dealers and yet building and international front. I say they have done well by the shareholders and didn't take the easy way out and did no R/S and continued to fight the toxic lenders. That is my personal thoughts.
