A person almost has to admire how crafty Mr. Heddle is being.
Not a peep from Mr. Heddle on the status of the plant...even though the plant breakage is what supposedly stopped PTOI in its tracks in late 2013. I'm sure not mentioning at all it downplays the importance of having the plant functional in investors' minds.
I'm going to declare that the story is now that the plant is fixed...since that's the story PTOI likely wants to tell anyway while not wanting to explain why production hasn't started up again.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
