I'll have to say, it's a very uplifting press release. No mention of processor #3 being broken, or even fixed. Six months ago Mr. Heddle said the flagship processor would be up "in the coming months." I think the story PTOI intended for new investors is that everything is fixed and ready to go--new investors might not read far enough back to hear about the broken processor fiasco or Mr. Heddle's withholding of that material information for six months.
Mr. Heddle obviously can't come right out and say that processor #3 is fixed because then older investors will raise the question as to why the flagship processor isn't running and producing money...but Mr. Heddle can paint a story of a tight ship to investors. Eventually everyone will forget that the plant was ever supposedly broken and that the breakage was supposedly the reason why production was halted.
I think Mr. Heddle has really set the stage to pump the stock and sell more shares.
PTOI's tagline: "Plastic2Oil, Inc. ("P2O"
is an innovative North American fuel company that transforms unsorted, unwashed waste plastic into ultra-clean, ultra-low Sulphur fuel without the need for refinement."
If PTOI is ever required to explain what kind of fuel is produced from unsorted, unwashed (dirty) plastic which doesn't need refinement before it's used for that purpose, that tagline will fall apart. PTOI keeps that tagline vague for a reason.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
