Still expect to see a motion to prevent KBM from converting/trading until the end of the suit. I am surprised a judge would allow tbis continued delay unless there is merit.

As far as SEC/FINRA - i think HJOE has a rather compelling reason NOT to file as that IS protecting shareholders from further dilution. Legally I am not sure what they can share with the two entities about court proceedings but ths premise seems clear and just for the shareholders.
