I believe the deadline to submit audited fins is Dec 2016. sounds to coincidental to me it gets remanded to Jan 2017. just to convenient. maybe a last ditch attempt in hope either fins are released by court date so they can convert note(s)or get suspended and take the short. either way they would seem covered and I highly doubt they pass up such an opportunity.
