So I received a CD in the mail for the FOIA request I made on all documents related to the Mini Evac test. I received a lot of good information that shows how devoted Baltia was to getting to the bottom of the slide issues. And how they gave the FAA solutions to these problems and how they could prevent it from happening in the future. What I thought was funny is the FAA stated in the enclosed letter that is was withholding 635 pages of FSB's and review papers because it was withheld from disclosure under Exemption 5.... Basically because it contains an "opinion" from the FAA. So 90% of what I received was black out that was FAA documents because it had the opinion of the FAA in it! Lol....what a joke! You think they might be hiding something!!! Below is an example of what the documents looked like and how much they don't want the public to know about how corrupt the FAA real is!
