That's a good way to put it, and jact has it right too.

I've had a previous experience where a guy owned 9.9% of EDIG shares at one time, many here know who I'm talking about. He never a single time, posted on a message board, nor did his Son, who held quite a few shares, but not enough to be a filer.

I've met them both at multiple shareholder meetings, nice gents, but they never discussed their business involvement with EDIG. We knew of loans they gave the company, as it produced an 8k, so there were some public disclosers, but that's it.

Frankly, I think that was very smart of them, and it's my reason not to expect a peep out of LT, nor me bug him in any way at all.
