Not being able to report financials allows all the bashers to continue to spew garbage, false information etc... It also doesn't allow the company to confirm, with numbers, the progress that we see through social media and with our own eyes.

It all depends on how you want to looks at the company.
People take it from this perspective - there is currently a Stop Sign on the stock listing due to the fact there are no audit financials and assume that the company is in serious trouble so they don't invest.

or

They see and understand that the company is growing, have faith that the company will eventually, hopefully soon, file audit financials and buy at these depressed prices.

Which one are you - I'm the latter!
