A couple things: First he should............
PUMP- the Jerky and DUMP the friend.
Secondly, It is utterly impossible to run a P&D if the
T/A wont allow you to sell your shares. The guys in the
company have not been allowed to sell shares that
they have accrued, based on work compensation, because
they decided to fight KBM and protect the shareholders. Thus,
they are in a bigger bind than us.
