There's no such thing as filing a 10q at the "appropriate" time. There are definitive timeliness for this and it just seems like they don't care tbh and I'd be surprised if we ever saw it. They honestly never do what is required of them and I'd they do, it's usually so time late that it doesn't matter. That's an issue and always has been and that's why the pps is so low. Nobody trusts these guys.
