No one has ever bought HHSE because of its reported financials. HHSE is still a pinksheet stock (not for long though). Yes, the Form 10 is expected soon, but HHSE potential is far greater than just validating its financials by a 3rd party. Mother Goose, VODwiz coming up...tangible and verifiable products in Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, Target, etc...Cannes 2016, Medallion, bread and butter DVDs, major movies/production, upcoming Library Valuation (already announced to be north of $30M)

a PE of 3 and a Market cap of $6M is ridiculously cheap for this high growth stock/company
