Because they already got millions to begin with and with real longterm big investors. Most investors on the otc sit on the bid and complain if they didn't get the share .01 cheaper. With that kind of onvestors, there's no way NTEK can afford that. Amazon, Hulu and other streaming companies have done well by pay per view, free through adds or a combination. For now, I don't think subscription is practical for NTEK.
