So with the lawsuit put astern, Judge Failla is free to impose damage awards and sanctions on Rosen at will. We (ctix) just have to wait on what she decides to do with those sleazes.
The only way Leo and co. doesn't pursue this would be the absence of a fair decision by the Judge. There will be NO negotiations with her about her decision. The bashers will continue their attack on the company with innuendos such as. "Leo is going soft" , "case is over, where's the SP increase", etc. Just more freaking noise and I fully expect it from them. Hopefully the appeal drop will signal other investors to add to their positions or establish a position if they haven't already. I'm betting on the Judge to slap the crap out of the Rosen bunch in a meaningful way.
