I think I've mentioned this before, but I think we have a partner lined up, in truth, but we're not going to get the partnership until the new fiscal year beginning OCT since itss gov money.

I think GC was never lying when he said we could get the $18M grant. But I tihnk we made assumptions, and maybe he did, on when we could get that.

I think with the help of all the KOLs we're going to get that grant in the new fiscal year. That money doesn't just pop up and appropriate itself out of no where. It take time.

So last year, GC and AMDX failed. They leveraged it to find a backup plan, which on all fronts is more substantiated. But they knew it'd be delayed. So we've been dead in the mean time and had to eat shit financing.

I was encouraged to see Egalet Pharma get out of their not as crappy, but crappy financing with an equally ugly financier, Hercules. Morgan Stanley stepped in and got them sturdy financing. I think our troubles came at a time of great biotech doubt, so our downfall was amplified.
