It will be interesting to see if we get the 10Q today. It's due.
Also, no one is talking about the fact that they haven't changed the toxic financing to a $0.05 conversion price yet.
The 8K said the board approved it, they needed the consent of the toxics, and once they had the consents they would amend the Series E and H certificates of designation in NV.
No filings have been made in NV, so we still have toxic financing at 65% (Series E) and 75% (Series H) of the market price.
Until they change it in NV, it doesn't count.
