Both Clinton and Obama have put themselves on the sidelines on the MJ issue and neither will do shit. They know the Congress did it at the start of the , 'WAR ON DRUGS' , bullshit campaign and it will take Congress to reverse that.
Now, that said......with all of the hundreds of millions of taxes being collected by the states, and the Feds getting squat......how long do you think they are going to go for that ? Hell no....they wants their cut, and it will not be long before they get it. JMO of course. GLTA
