I wondered if the White House may have nudged the DEA to leave the scheduling as is and give Hilary a chance to campaign for rescheduling. I can't believe I am saying this, but hopefully, if elected, she will do something significant for cannibis reform. What are the odds Obama does something before he leaves office?
