I'm a bit surprised that the tape painter, who had been painting the close for at least a year, suddenly quit with nobody else stepping up to take his/her place. If anyone wanted to try to manipulate the stock upward by painting the tape, now would seem like the time to do it since the sales of the settlement shares from the fraud suit against Plastic2Oil have ended.
